نماینده مجلس: امیدی به تصویب طرح اصلاح قانون انتخابات نداریم

در ادامه اختلاف‌نظرهای بین شورای نگهبان و مجلس بر سر طرح اصلاح قانون انتخابات، قاسم میرزایی نیکو، نماینده مجلس گفته است امیدی به نهایی شدن مصوبه مجلس نیست و این طرح به مجمع تشخیص مصحلت نظام می‌رود. نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی روز ۱۴ اردیبهشت با اضافه شدن سپاه پاسداران به مراجع استعلام درباره سابقه نامزدها مخالفت کردند و با تصویب طرح اصلاح قانون انتخابات نیز شرایط ساده‌تری برای تایید صلاحیت نامزدها در نظر گرفتند. قرار است در جلسه علنی روز سه‌شنبه یا چهارشنبه مجلس این طرح که با اشکالاتی از سوی شورای نگهبان روبرو شده،‌ مجددا طرح شود. طبق قانون در صورت پافشاری مجدد نمایندگان بر مصوبه خود و مخالفت با دیدگاه شورای نگهبان، این طرح برای بررسی به مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام می‌رود. شورای نگهبان روز ۲۰ اردیبهشت با رد مصوبه مجلس برای اصلاح قانون،‌ اعلام کرد که این مصوبه در مواردی از جمله «نحوه رسیدگی به اعتراض داوطلبان و تکالیف مراجع نظارتی مربوطه» دارای «ابهام» است. احمد جنتی، دبیر شورای نگهبان هم این مصوبه را «بی‌خاصیت کردن احراز صلاحیت داوطلبان» توصیف کرده بود. علی مطهری، نماینده مجلس تهران در دفاع ..
